Neighborhood

While this unit is perfectly suited to cooking, there are lots of dining options, including room service. The lodge itself operates a coffee shop, Portals Restaurant, and the 56 Degree Lounge. A stop by Swift Water Winery for tastings or a meal at Outside the Resort is a must. The towns of Cle Elum and Roslyn are a short drive away and provide lots of dining and shopping options. The 6,000 acre resort contains two award winning golf courses, a luxury Spa, seasonal boating and ice skating, the recently completed 1,000 Steps from the lodge to the river, several parks, tennis and basketball courts and miles of paved biking trails . Suncadia adjoins over 1,200 pristine acres along the Cle Elum River Valley set aside for family vacation activities, which include horseback riding, fly fishing, rafting, kayaking, rock climbing, mountain biking and bird watching. The immediate area contains the 2.2 million acre Wenatchee National Forest for downhill skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and snowmobiling. The resort does a phenomenal job orchestrating fun family activities year round.

We visit Suncadia a couple of times a year, and compared to other units we’ve stayed in, Todd’s place is in excellent condition. Todd is an outstanding host, communicative, understanding, and very responsive. Traveling with a toddler and an infant, cleanliness is our top priority, and we’re willing to pay extra for it. Todd’s unit exceeded our expectations,it was spotless and well-maintained.

The condo was even better than expected, the living room with fireplace is so cozy, incredibly comfortable bed, and huge kitchen table. Everything one could need in the kitchen. For a cheaper price than staying in the resort, you get way more amenities!
