If our cleaning team finds evidence of pets on the furniture, a $100 fee will be applied to cover additional cleaning and sanitation. 🔎 MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS: Any items identified missing/damaged during the check-out inspection may result in a replacement fee charged to the guest. 🛍️ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: Please note that the front desk is unable to hold items left behind; no exceptions. However, we’re happy to mail them to you for a $40 handling fee, plus shipping costs. ⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT OPTIONS We offer flexible early check-in and late check-out options for an additional fee, subject to availability. Rates: (charged separately): ✅ 1 hour early/late – $15 ✅ 2 hours early/late – $30 ✅ 3 hours early/late – $50 ✅ 4 hours early/late – $75 Availability is based on your booking dates and our cleaning schedule.
