If our cleaning team finds evidence of pets on the furniture, a $100 fee will be applied to cover additional cleaning and sanitation. 🔎 MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS: Any items identified missing/damaged during the check-out inspection may result in a replacement fee charged to the guest. 🛍️ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: Please note that the front desk is unable to hold items left behind; no exceptions. However, we’re happy to mail them to you for a $40 handling fee, plus shipping costs. ⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT OPTIONS We offer flexible early check-in and late check-out options for an additional fee, subject to availability. Rates: (charged separately): ✅ 1 hour early/late – $15 ✅ 2 hours early/late – $30 ✅ 3 hours early/late – $45 ✅ 4 hours early/late – $60 Availability is based on your booking dates and our cleaning schedule. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll confirm and add the fee to your reservation so you can conveniently pay through the app. Example: If you request 1-hour early check-in ($15) and 1-hour late check-out ($15), your total add-on fee would be $30.
