Pet Policy: - There is a $75 pet fee per stay for guests bringing in their pets. Please let us know if you are bringing one. - Please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture and please clean up any mess made inside and immediately alert housekeeping of any areas needing immediate treatment. If pet hair or damage is found on the furniture, a $100 additional cleaning fee will apply. ** IMPORTANT NOTE: GUEST PORTAL & PROPERTY PROTECTION Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a message with a link to your secure Guest Portal. This private portal is unique to your booking and is where you’ll complete your pre-check-in, review important stay details, and receive your door access code prior to arrival. As part of this process, guests are required to choose between a non-refundable damage waiver (which covers accidental damages up to a set limit) or a fully refundable security deposit (held and released after checkout if no damage occurs). If our cleaning team finds evidence of pets on the furniture, a $100 fee will be applied to cover additional cleaning and sanitation. 🔎 MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS: Any items identified missing/damaged during the check-out inspection may result in a replacement fee charged to the guest. 🛍️ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: Please note that the front desk is unable to hold items left behind; no exceptions. However, we’re happy to mail them to you for a $40 handling fee, plus shipping costs. ⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT OPTIONS We offer flexible early check-in and late check-out options for an additional fee, subject to availability. Rates: (charged separately): ✅ 1 hour early/late – $15 ✅ 2 hours early/late – $30 ✅ 3 hours early/late – $45 ✅ 4 hours early/late – $60 Availability is based on your booking dates and our cleaning schedule. We really enjoyed our stay! The room was comfortable and clean, and being located right at the lodge was super convenient. The host was very responsive and we really appreciated the flexibility of being able to book a same-day stay. Would definitely stay again!
