IF YOU ARE BRINGING A PET: •Do not bring your dog into the lobby. Please only enter at the pet entrance (see photo below) with clean paws prior to letting them into the lodge building. •Please clean up after your dog and dispose of any waste in an outside trash receptacle. •Dogs are NOT permitted within any Food and Beverage Outlets, Glade Spring Spa, The Inn, Swim and Fitness Center, Conference Center, or the Lodge Pool. Dogs are not allowed in the Lobby or reception area except in the process of transport to the guest room except as required by law for Service Animals to accompany individuals with personal disabilities. •Understand that Suncadia Resort and its surrounding area may contain unknown and potential hazards for domesticated dogs including but not limited to vehicles, terrain, construction projects, skunks, cougars, coyote and other wildlife. I hereby release and hold Suncadia Resort harmless from any liability for injury or death to my pet for any reason whatsoever. • Please keep your dog on a leash at all times while within the Suncadia Resort community. •Do not leave your dog unattended at any time, including in either indoor or outdoor spaces, while within the Suncadia Resort community and will be removed from the room during housekeeping service. •Do not allow your dog on the furniture and please clean up any mess made inside and immediately alert housekeeping of any areas needing immediate treatment. ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: •Please note that the front desk is unable to hold items left behind; no exceptions. However, we’re happy to mail them to you for a $40 handling fee, plus shipping costs.

Guests of our unit(s) have full (seasonal) access to the outdoor pool at the main lodge.
