Pet Friendly Family Pine Cabin with Hot Tub

🐶 Pet fee is $100 per stay EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT OPTIONS We offer flexible early check-in and late check-out options for an additional fee, subject to availability. Rates: (charged separately): ✅ 1 hour early/late – $15 ✅ 2 hours early/late – $30 ✅ 3 hours early/late – $45 ✅ 4 hours early/late – $60 Availability is based on your booking dates and our cleaning schedule. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll confirm and add the fee to your reservation so you can conveniently pay through the app. Example: If you request 1-hour early check-in ($15) and 1-hour late check-out ($15), your total add-on fee would be $30. *** REMINDERS*** Guest Access - The whole house is available for your use, but both of the garages are off limits. - Do not ride snowmobiles or dirt bikes on the grounds, please ride on the approved trails in the area. Hot Tub - Please shower or rinse off before you enter and no glass in the tub - No children under 5 years old due to safety - Do not bring any food & drinks in the hot tub - Please do not change the default settings of the jets and lights in the hot tub, as this will cost an extra $75 service charge - ⁠Damage / incidental fee for the misuse of the hot tub will be an additional $150 charge Garbage - Each stay has 2pcs complimentary 65 gallon garbage bags. Anything in excess of that will be an extra charge of $25 per garbage bag. - There is also a $150 charge if excessive garbage is needed to be disposed by the housekeepers No Smoking - Absolutely no smoking of any kind, this includes cigarettes, vaping, and cannabis products Use of Outside - Please no snowmobiling or dirt bike riding on our property. There are riding approved areas close by. - When having a bonfire, please attend fire until thoroughly out Pets - Pet fee is $100 per stay - Only the dogs included on the reservation are permitted on the premises. Any other animals are prohibited - If you bring your dog, please clean up after them and use the blanket and towels provided for them. - There is an extra cleaning charge of $100 if there is excess cleaning due to not picking up after your dog or using the preferred towels and blankets, and if they are found to have been on the furniture especially on the beds. Leaving - When it’s time to leave, all items in/on the property are expected to be put back where it was found No Parties - No large gatherings or parties are allowed over guest max of 10 people Guest Safety Considerations - Pool or hot tub doesn’t have a gate or lock - Potentially dangerous animals on the property - Animals roam outside (bears are attracted to garbage, keep it contained in bear box)
