⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT OPTIONS We offer flexible early check-in and late check-out options for an additional fee, subject to availability. Rates: (charged separately): ✅ 1 hour early/late – $15 ✅ 2 hours early/late – $30 ✅ 3 hours early/late – $45 ✅ 4 hours early/late – $60 Availability is based on your booking dates and our cleaning schedule. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll confirm and add the fee to your reservation so you can conveniently pay through the app. Example: If you request 1-hour early check-in ($15) and 1-hour late check-out ($15), your total add-on fee would be $30. ***REMINDERS*** - No pets. Guest security deposit will be taken if pets are brought and not approved prior. - No Unapproved events or gatherings. A minimum $1000 event fee will be charged if rule not followed. - No additional guests are allowed on property beyond the confirmed number in the reservation. Violation will result in a minimum $500 fee. - Wash off all sand before entering home. If sand is found in the home and additional $50 cleaning fee will be added. - Properties are on a septic tank. We include in our house manual what can be flushed and what cannot. If guest backs up the septic cost of clean up and repair will be assessed to guest. - Do not drain, refill, or adjust chemicals to hot tub. A pre measured bag of hot tub shock will be left to input after each daily use. Hot tub is maintained between each stay. Excess use that requires hot tub to be cleaned mid-stay will be charged to guest. Excess use that causes hot tub to be drained after stay will be charged draining fee of $150. - Do not go into the historic barn behind the house. This is not our property. - Guests may not enter neighboring properties. Your reservation is strictly for this home only. Entering other homes or yards is considered trespassing and may be reported by neighbors. - Water/Well: The home is on a private well. It is tested regularly and is safe to use and drink. The water may have a sulfur smell if house has sat for a few days between guests. The smell will go away once water heater is emptied through use. - Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
