Matthew’s place was perfect. The room it self was clean and well maintained. I appreciated Mathew’s communication and the ability for early check in and late check out! Overall great stay and would recommended to family and friends.

Sunrises were amazing. The kitchen was stocked and ready for the group ! Wonderful place . Good to note that one of the queen beds is in a building by itself that does NOT have a bathroom ( without walking outside to the main house ) .

Beautiful home and location! We stayed here as a family of 7, the home has everything you need and plenty of space. Super clean and welcoming. The views are stunning and the host is very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved renting out these connected rooms. It was perfect for 2 families, having our own separate spaces and yet being able to get together when needed. Suncadia is our second home so we are pretty familiar with everything around there and it was our friend's first time and now they are a fan as well. We will definitely rent again!

The place was very clean and extremely comfortable. Could not believe how dark and quiet we could get the room at night. We have hardly had a better night's sleep.

Big spacious place in amazing view of the water. Host was communicative. Nice interior and I love the master bedroom apartment suite. Lots of amenities and nice big property in the yard for activities. Would stay here again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay. My son loved all of the games and toys at the house. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful view from the patio. The location was great, with some great restaurants and whale watching nearby.

Matthew’s condo is great—it was our first time to Suncadia, so we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the place—huge bedroom and bathroom, very comfortable. Being at the end of the hallway by the stairs was perfect—taking the dog out to the pet area was easy and convenient. Beautiful location.

We visit Suncadia a couple of times a year, and compared to other units we’ve stayed in, Todd’s place is in excellent condition. Todd is an outstanding host, communicative, understanding, and very responsive. Traveling with a toddler and an infant, cleanliness is our top priority, and we’re willing to pay extra for it. Todd’s unit exceeded our expectations,it was spotless and well-maintained.
